Dying Department

We have 20 jumbo jiggers to dye any kind of fabric with different finishes. The softness can be achieved as per the client’s requirement.

Adopting a concept of preserving the nature, AMKO utilizes nature friendly chemicals in the dyeing process at our plants using machines of different capacities to attain brilliant colour that resist time and the elements.

Apart from jumbo jiggers we do have soft flow machines of different to achieve better dyeing quality of loose textured fabric.

Required finish is given to the fabric on stenter machine. This finished fabric is tested for light fastness, colourfastness, dimensional stability and other required parameters.

If all the required parameters are ok, fabric is then cut and sewn under strict quality supervision.
