Packaging is an important part of the product, which has to receive a lot of attention by the people. Packaging can be described as a coordinated system of preparing goods for transport, warehousing, logistics, sale.
After stitching, the product is finished in the finishing department. Finishing activities are performed prior packing the product into poly bags. The major activities of a finishing department include thread trimming, ironing and spotting.
The folding, tagging and packing of garments are done in the packing section. After final inspection & garments folding, the garments are poly-packed dozen-wise, color wise, size ratio wise, bundled and packed in the carton. The carton is marked with important information in printed form which is seen from outside the carton easily. These functions may vary while there is a change in product categories. During packing, products are randomly checked by internal quality controllers to ensure that only quality goods are being packed.
