Preparatory Department

After procuring grey yarn is tested in our house lab for various parameters like fibre length, appearance, strength etc. Once it passes these parameters, grey yarn is issued for either dyeing or weaving.

Grey fabric or yarn dyed fabric is inspected on inspection M/C for weaving defects. If there is any defect it is sent to mending department for rectification. Only well-inspected grey or yarn-dyed fabric is issued to processing department.
